       3月份X-Discovery活动将首次登陆大连，我们将一起以运动者的视角去探索大连的独特之美。

活动详情:

4、路线介绍：（琥珀湾四时鲸语酒店-滨海路-棒棰岛景区正门-琥珀湾四时鲸语酒店）返程

5、路线距离：10km左右

滨海路是大连的跑步圣地，这里一边傍山，一边烟波浩渺的大海；崎岖的山区公路和美不胜收的海景，让跑步者在跑步的痛苦与治愈的风景中不断切换，是跑步哲学最好的隐喻。

Guidelines

报名方式：

在微信小程序里面搜索“xterra”选择X-discovery 大连站，点击进行报名。

安全与健康

- 安全永远是第一原则；

- 希望X-Discovery能使你的身心更加健康，并发现属于自己的美好；

- 活动中涉及的运动项目（譬如但不限于跑步、骑车、游泳、滑板、舞蹈等）可能会有一定的体能消耗，请仔细查阅每站活动详情，根据当下健康状况及运动能力酌情参加；领队也会进行现场评估并对异样者作劝退处理。

- 活动将会为报名的跑者购置相关保险.

Safety & Health

- Safetyis always the first priority.

- We hope that X-Discovery makes you healthier both physically and mentally. It leads to you to discovery your own beauty. 

- The sports involved in the activity (such as but not limited to running, cycling, swimming, skateboarding, dancing, etc.) may involve certain physical intensity. Please check the details of each activity carefully and take part in the activity according to your current health status and sports capability. The team leader will also conduct on-site evaluation and dissuade the deviant.

- The event will purchase relevant insurance for the registered runners.

防疫

1. 活动开始前14天内：

- 无新冠疫情地区旅行史；

- 未接触过国内外疫情中高风险地区的人员；

- 无发热、干咳、咽痛、乏力等症状。

2. 活动期间严格遵守当地防疫要求，譬如（但不限于）提供绿色健康码和行程码，体温不高于37.3℃，佩戴口罩，以及其它防疫措施。

Epidemic prevention

1. 14 days before the event:

- No travel history to COVID 19 areas;

- No contact with people from COVID 19 high-risk areas;

- No symptoms of fever, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue, etc.

2. Comply with the local epidemic prevention requirements during the activity, such as (but not limited to) providing the green health code and travel code; make sure your body temperature is below 37.3℃, wearing a mask, etc.

- 请至XTERRA小程序报名，首次使用小程序需先注册；

- 如因天气等不可抗因素造成活动变更我们会事先通知大家取消或改期信息；

- 如个人因突发状况不能参与活动，请在小程序中取消报名。

Registration

- Register the activity through XTERRA mini program. The mini program need registration for first-time user.

- If the event is cancelled due to weather and other irresistible factors, the cancellation or rescheduling notice will be given before the activity.

- Please make sure you attend it after registration. If you are unable to join due to emergency, please cancel your registration in the mini program.

Tips

免责声明

兹鉴于本人申请参加X-Discovery活动，本人兹基于自由意志同意，并代表本人、本人代理人、受让人与继承人，声明并同意受以下条款拘束：

(1) 本人兹同意免除苏州滕锐体育有限公司(XTERRA SPORTS(SUZHOU) CO., LTD.) (活动举办方，下称「滕锐公司」)；举办本活动之所有市、县或地区；所有活动协办方、赞助商、广告商、官方人员、志愿义工与独立承包商；用于举办本活动或于本活动时所使用的财产之所有人与承租人；以及前述任何人员之高级职员、董事、股东、合伙人、雇员、成员与代理人【以下合称「被豁免方」】，针对直接或间接所致本人之伤害或财产损害或死亡(无论是否由被豁免方之任何行为或不作为所导致者，包括但不限于因被豁免方之疏失所致、或于本人以任何形式参与、主持、观察、工作或以任何方式参与本赛事或其活动之过程中所发生者)之一切责任，本人并同意不对被豁免方提出任何诉讼，且本人并同意为被豁免方辩护、赔偿、使被豁免方免于因本人、本人代理人、继承人与受让人对被豁免方主张任何索赔与责任(包括律师费用)；

(2) 本人了解参加本活动可能为一项危险活动，有严重人身伤害、死亡或财产损失之风险，且本人对于因被豁免方之疏失、或其他因本声明书第1条所述之任何事件所导致或与之有关的任何方式所造成之人身伤害、死亡与财产损失之风险，本人承诺承担全部之责任；

(3) 本人同意遵守本活动及其官员单位之所有规则、规定与指示;

(4) 本人身体健康、有足够能力参加本活动，且并无任何医疗健康因素使本人不应参加本活动；

(5) 若本人于本活动期间生病不适、或受伤、或发生意外、或其他经活动官方单位认为必要或适当之情形，本人同意接受医疗救治；本人并同意本活动主办方、协办方、工作人员、医务人员、活动负责人或保安基于安全与/或健康上合理理由，有权要求本人退出本活动，并取消本人之参加资格；

(6) 本人同意滕锐公司有权收集、储存及使用本人于报名表中所填报之个人资料用于本活动(包括但不限于筹备、推广或宣传该活动)；本人同意在滕锐公司认为必要之任何目的内，在任何与所有之赛事宣传数据、录像带、电视广播与宣传活动中，免费及无限制地使用本人之姓名、声音、照片与个人资料，包括但不限于商业使用、发放予本赛事被豁免方用于本赛事与相关之目的，且本人抛弃任何由于使用本人姓名或肖像或任何个人资料而可能享有之任何请求之权利；

(7)本人确认在报名活动时提供了准确的个人信息，购买相关保险; 本人并同意，提供正确有效之身份证/护照，以验证本人提供给被豁免方之个人信息，对由因不正确或无效之个人信息所造成之结果，本人同意承担全部责任；

(8) 本人兹已详细阅读、充分理解并出于自由意志而签署本声明条款。

本人特此证明，本人已满十八岁或以上，且本人已阅读本声明条款内容，并充分了解其内容。

This is a legal document that affects your rights. If you are uncertain about any terms in this document, you should consult independent legal advice before signing. If another person has entered your application in the Event and you have also participated in the Events, that person is assumed to be your agent and that person has accepted on your behalf all the terms and conditions set out within the online registration system of the Events. Furthermore, the Event organizer may still require you to sign this agreement on the date of the event even though you have entered online.

WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

In consideration of the acceptance of my application to participate in the X-Discovery event including without limitation, competing in the race(s) and participating in any all pre and post activities and social events (collectively, the "Event"), and/or my being permitted to officiate, observe, work for or in any manner participate in the Event or its staging, and intending to be legally bound hereby, I hereby freely agree, represent and acknowledge, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns and heirs that:

(1) I HEREBY RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE, AND SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS,XTERRA SPORTS (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. (the Event organizer, hereinafter referred to as "XTERRA SPORT"); all cities, counties or localities in which the Event or segments of the Event are held; all Event co-organizer, sponsors, advertisers, officials, volunteers and independent contractors; owners and lessees of property used to conduct or used in conjunction with the Event; and the officers, directors, shareholders, partners, employees, members and agents of any of the above (the "Releasees"); FROM EVERY CLAIM AND ANY LIABILITYthat I, my personal representatives, heirs and assigns may allege against the Releasees, including attorney's fees, as a direct or indirect result of injury to me or my property or resulting in my death, whether or not caused by any act or omission of Releasees, including but not limited to the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while I am in any way competing in, officiating, observing, working for, or in any manner participating in the Event or its staging; 

(2) I acknowledge that participating in the Event can be a dangerous activity that involves risks of serious bodily injury, death or property damage and I HEREBY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH AND PROPERTY DAMAGEdue to the negligence of Releasees or otherwise arising out of or in any way relating to any of the events referred to in item 1 hereof; 

(3) I will comply with all rules, regulations and instructions of the Event and its officials; 

(4) I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for the Event, and there is no medical reason why I should not participate in the Event; 

(5) I CONSENT TO RECEIVE MEDICAL TREATMENTin the event that I become ill, I am injured or I am involved in an accident during the Event or as otherwise deemed necessary or advisable by Event officials;I FURTHER CONSENT TO RETIRE AND LEAVE THE EVENTSOR ITS STAGING immediately if requested by Event organizer, Event co-organizer, Event official, medical staff, Event director or security staff based on reasonable safety and/or health reason.

(6) I CONSENT TO XTERRA SPORT TOCOLLECT, STORE AND USE MY PERSONAL DATAas provided by me in the Entry Form for the purpose of or in connection with the Event (including but not limited to organization, promotion, and publicity of the Event) ; and I CONSENT TO THE FREE AND UNRESTRICTED USE OF MY NAME, VOICE, PICTUREAND PERSONAL DATAin any and all Event promotional materials, videotapes, telecasts, and promotions for any purposes deemed necessary by XTERRA SPORT, including but not limited to commercial use and passing to the Releasees for the purpose of or in connection with the Events, and I waive all right to any claims to which I may otherwise be entitled as a result of the use of my name or likeness or any other personal data; 

(7)I confirm to participate in the event with my accurate personal information; and I consent to provide correct and valid ID/passport to verify my personal details to the Releasees and agree to take full responsibility of any consequences resulted from incorrect or invalid personal details; 

(8) I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT.

I HEREBY AFFIRM THAT I AM EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS.
